When I begin work with any new client, I like to start with a personal buying consultation where we can sit down and discuss what you are looking for in a home. At that time I will get you up to speed on the current market, share any recent changes in lending rules for mortgages, and inform you of anything else that may affect your home purchase.

At the end of our consultation, we will make a plan to start viewing homes within your budget in your preferred locations. I look forward to meeting with you and representing you from the day we find your dream home, to handing you the key on moving day.
